Introductory, no-obligation Consultancy session

We understand that getting started can feel overwhelming, which is why we offer an Introductory No-Obligation Consultancy session to help you explore your ideas with us, whatever stage you’re at. This 60-minute session is a relaxed, supportive space where we’ll discuss your creative vision, your business goals, and any challenges you’re facing.

By the end of our session, you’ll have a clearer direction and a better understanding of how we can support you.

Project Scope and Stages

Every project is broken down into agreed stages to help make the process manageable and easy to follow.
A typical project example would be:

  • Stage 1: The planning phase where we define the scope of the project.
  • Stage 2: Major deliverables like branding materials or website design.
  • Stage 3: Final revisions and delivery of the completed work.

At each stage, we’ll review progress and make adjustments based on your feedback, ensuring everything aligns with your vision, and ensuring the project flows smoothly.


Commitment Agreement

To start your project, we kindly request an initial payment of 50%, of the agreed project cost, which secures the time and resources needed for your success. The remaining balance will be discussed and agreed upon to be paid either upon project completion or at suggested key milestones that we both agree on.

For certain projects, we can arrange 33% instalments spread across agreed stages — these could be at the start, midpoint, and completion of the project. We’ll discuss these stages during our initial consultation to ensure they fit your timeline and comfort level.

If at any point the project needs to be paused or rescheduled, we’ll pick up where we left off when you’re ready*.

*if a considerable time lapses between project work, there may be a necessary fair policy “project-refresh” charge added — something we discuss in more detail at consultation stage, as this is often client and project-specific.


Support Adjustments

If more support is needed than originally planned — whether through extra revisions, additional brainstorming, or unexpected tasks — we’ll simply discuss and agree upon the best way to proceed. We are flexible in adjusting the support plan to meet your changing needs.

We can also suggest upgrading to a more comprehensive package or adding extra time as needed. All adjustments will be discussed and mutually agreed upon, ensuring transparency and ease for you.
